Annual Prize Giving Event

Tuesday saw the annual Prize giving ceremony at St Mary’s with an array of trophies medals and shields to be awarded.

Sports prizes were awarded for the first half and later Mrs Hamill began awarding pupils who had contributed to the life of the school in so many different ways.

Perseverance and consistency were the key attributes needed by all to succeed in developing a full range of skills and knowledge and those pupils showing great promise in their music, choir, Irish language, attendance, community participation and in their literacy and numeracy were rewarded.
