Friday past (February 27th) saw the presentation to our senior school children of the prestigious “Cupla Focal” award. This is seen as a precursor to the Silver Fainne that children works towards in Post Primary school. Ursula Ni Fhearail (Cookstown Council) was so impressed with the children from St Mary’s that she felt they were very deserving of the award.
