Nursing Then and Now
11th Apr 2011
Primary 3 and 4 had a special visitor today
in class with one of their Parents coming in to talk to them about her career.
Mrs Quinn explained the role that she has in hospital and all of the different
things she has to do in a 'normal' working day. The children had a
question and answer session following this and were sure they had learned a lot
about Nursing today. The children are comparing and contrasting the role of
Nursing today and in the past with a focus on the work of Florence Nightingale.
