Miss Scullion’s class had a first class day at the University in Ulster (Jordanstown) where they participated in a celebration day following a very successful ‘Fit For Life’ training programme. The children got to know each other through active learning, got to ‘high five’ the resident elk and headed off home with a goody bag and t-shirt. Miss Scullion is sure that many of her class will be back at Jordanstown later in life following a degree course.
