Watch out for the Birdwatchers
As part of the RSPB ‘Bird Watch' week the Primary 5 and 6 classes have turned into professional bird watchers playing their role in helping the RSPB to identify, name and count the different type of birds that visit our school grounds. Following the very informative talk the pupils have divided themselves up into small groups and created a rota to carry out the observations over a period of two weeks. The pupils participated so well and because they were so knowledgeable about the different types of birds the RSPB kindly donated a bird table to set off our ‘Butterfly Garden' which is being developed this spring.
